Balsamic vinaigrette


  • 100ml olive oil
  • 50ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove or garlic, finely chopped or minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of soya lecithin


Use a small whisk to mix all the ingredients together. The lecithin allows the oil and vinegar to mix together and stay mixed rather than sitting in distinct layers.
